August 21, 1921....again

Georgie must have gotten confused on her dates - this is her second entry for August 21st......

Left Sylvester at seven o'clock and
got to Springville at eight.  Talked
to Chisholms for a while.  Then went
up to Hill Cottage and opened up
the house to air.  In the afternoon
went with Hugh and Bessie to Mrs.
Robert MacLeans funeral.  Came
home and while Bessie was getting
tea I went down to see Christy
Holmes.  After tea I went for a
twenty  mile drive with Hugh.  Got
back to Bridgeville about nine
and got home about ten.  Called
to see Mrs. Ross.

(After her father, Isaac, died, the house was basically closed up and no one else ever lived there.  It was later torn down, according to Annie Laurie in her Recollections of a Canadian Childhood)
