Had breakfast on the Maunganui.
Mr. Massey came down to the wharf.
Catherine went for a little walk
with him before breakfast. Got
a cab and drove out home. Hobart
certainly looked mighty pretty
and we were so glad to bet on
land again. Jim had taken a
house ready furnished. The garden
was a mass of flowers the morning
we arrive and the place certainly
looked well. Jim and Mr. Massey
took dinner uptown. We had dinner
here. Mr. Massey had tea with us.
